Ape Apps

I am playing My Colony Build v1.9.0 on my web browser, and what happened is when I made a new game, entered it, and played for a while, then saved and exited, the save was gone. When I tried to go back into that game, it said "Attempting to restore backup." It was stuck on that screen for at least 10 minutes (not a hyperbole, I just went away for 10 minutes and it was still like that), and then I gave up and went back to the main menu. When I tried to use the "Load Save" option, there wasn't a single game I could load. I tried again, creating a new game, building for maybe a half-hour, and then saving and quitting. This time it actually saved my game and I could reenter. After playing for a bit more, I exited and saved. This time, I couldn't go back in and that save file was also gone from the Load Colony option. I haven't deleted any files or reset my computer, I don't know what I did that caused this, and I'm not willing to try again and again.

So I haven't played in about a month or so, but when I logged back in, all my colonies were just gone. Even the backup files were missing. I apparently didn't have any colonies and never had any. The achievements I earned were still there, but when I click on "Load Colony" it's just blank. And when I click on "restore backup", it can't find any. I don't know if I did something to my computer and caused it to reset, or if I'm being a complete idiot.
