i don't belive i am under an embargo. where would i check?

my mass driver had suddenly stopped. i thought it was because i wasn't paying taxes but i got caught up on taxes and it still didn't work. i just completed galactic freight and i wasn't working. i have the oil and power to run it.

any help?

having my minimum wage set to 1 has run me into bankruptcy and i cant seem to remove it. setting it too zero does nothing.

i need help with this. i am 20,000 behind in taxes and cant use mass driver. and i cant use tax collections because my colonists are broke and aproval is 32%
