put the clinics closer to houses ?

so i just saw my colony right on steam so i was obv gonna buy it until i saw only 61 reviews so i didnt know if the steam version was deserted or not, but my question right is is steam my colony different to IOS my colony or the same? and my other one, is there cross play between steam and IOS or only steam servers ?

This is annoying since I have more jobs I opened the clone thing and all launch pads since then no one will migrate or get cloned and I watched its bar when it's bar fully finished no one came and there's the other problem people won't employ them self when they are even happy I can't find where they are because the new main menu won't let me so pls hlp
