Yeah I dont like the cap either. I always play this and upgraded to premium but it's not fun with caps. Perhaps change the manager salaries for each business or even make the game more customizable for the user. After all there is so much possibilities for what one can do in it already. Sometimes I restart just to buy different amounts of businesses rather than climbing the list
