So the title says my problem is that when i try and save the whole game freezes and stays on "creating backup" forever. I don't know why this has started to happen, because the game worked fine just a few days ago. It is every time the game tries to save that it freezes, both when i do it manually and when to game autosaves. I really don't want to just start a new city because i've spent over a month on this one and have tons of ressources I don't want to lose. It is every time the game tries to save that it freezes, both when i do it manually and when the game autosaves. I really hope someone (Bastecklein) can help me and others with this.

So I know this idea has already been posted before, but it is really something I'd like.
Once you reach far enough in the game and has filled the map up with buildings it can sometimes look quite ugly when the buildings are scattered around and you wannna organize it all to make your colony look better. So a feature I would really want to be implemented into the games, is the ability to click on a building, and then similar to the sell/dissamble button, have a button than allows you to move a building to another place, without having to spend ressources again to build the building.
This would be especially useful for the expensive buildings and/or making sure that the colonists is close to where they work, and really just making the colony look much better, if/when beauty wasn't your top priority when building up your colony.
In the other post I saw, someone talked about having to have a specific type of rover that could pick up the building and move it, instead of just magically picking it up and then plonking it down elsewhere, because that's not very realistic. In real life, sometimes big machines do get used to move smaller buildings without tearing them down and rebuilding them elsewhere, so that could also be an interesting way of doing it.
I really enjoy the game, so i hope this gets added one way or another :)

Sounds good anything to reduce lag gets a thumbs up for me. But wouldn't it be simpler to just optimize the game code so that if there is for example 25 of the same type a bot/worker on the same tile, when you order them to build a building, the game just sorta merges them into a single entity to move, instead of calculating the paths of the 25 bots/workers separately?

The rest is on my main, which is 1000x1000 tiles, employing 2,7m colonists.
Old Picture where it is only 800x800, missing a few thousands of Ultra Deep Dig Sites.

Here is the map with Triantanium: https://www.my-colony.com/colonies/jQ6HeiIa/
Damn. What are your pc specs? You gotta have an absolute beast of a computer to be able to run that! :O
