I'm trying to build Atmosphere Scrubbers, but they aren't showing up as an option. I have 15 million atmosphere, I have made sure I have enough of the required resources, I have a construction drone ready to go - what am I missing? On that note, I have construction drones, but turbo drones aren't showing up as an option (I HAVE paid for the premium stuff, so that shouldn't be an issue) - what am I missing for those?
