Yeah it only is affecting my main too. Roughly 400k colonists. It's so discouraging to start another main colony if it's just gonna happen again

The charter is BZz3WFS2. When I try and load the save the my colony app quits as if there is a problem with the app. I have the latest version of the app. I have an internet connection. I have a premium account. I don't understand what the problem could be. Looking for help!

The game I'm having trouble loading has roughly 400k people. But when I try and load it. It doesn't bring me back to the main menu it like force quits the app and asks me if I would like report the problem.

Now I can not start new online games again. Both on pc and Android

The charter code is BZz3WFS2 when I try and load the game the my colony app suddenly quits. I also had problems with that save where the galactic board of trade never worked and I was never issued and charters under me once I calmed independence.

I can now start online games but can not load my online colony from before the problem. Is there a way to fix this?

I have a premium account and I can no longer load my online game and it wont let me start any new online games. no problems with starting off line or creative mode games. I don't understand what the problem is
