I have done 4 or 5 fire drills, they don't seem to work or don't work completely. After an small amount of time, it is back to the shitters with this bug. But I'll guess this way will have to suffice for now.
Is there any knowledge on how far the devs are on fixing the bug where employees stop working for no reason at all?
Because until that bug is fixed, this game remains greatly unplayable.

Research can be written down or collected in some form and therefore it would be only logical to make research tradeable.
Why do unemployed colonists keep taking up space in buildings, but don't actually produce anything while in that building?
Also my colonists sometimes suddenly stop working or whatever, which made my almost starve my colony twice due to them not working at the food production for no reason at all.
All these bugs are becoming a real nuisance to the point it takes out the fun of the game. Is there any progress on fixing these bugs or is there something I am possibly doing wrong?
I am on V0.44.0 on a PC (Windows 10).

Is it possible that working speed gets bugged out after a fire drill is done?
Before the fire drill, my civics went up pretty fast, but with 80 banks added and a fire drill done, it goes slower than ever. Could someone explain this? I thought fire drill was meant to speed up production since people went looking for jobs in the near vicinity.
