Ape Apps

Have a colony of 7k, fairly built out and proper supplies of most resources. Was adding more roads when all of a sudden my entire water and food supply just disappeared. Immediately after, I lost basically all my other resources too. A photo is attached. I have no idea what happened and terrified that it's irreversible, which would ruin hundreds of hours and years of building! I'll take any suggestions or thoughts about what happened and ways to fix it. Thanks
