I would agree, and ask why we cannot have a next unit button like MC1. I found this extremely helpful, and significantly miss it in MC2.

I am also trying to expand my settlement but found pavement is obstructing me. No way to remove pavement.
I have a dedi server running a World "NewMartianRepublic" (WebSocket). It was working well for 2 weeks. Now, we cannot access it. Playing computers get a connection time out. Trying to figure out what happened.
I have constructed a Capitol L6, according to the reference guide I should be able to gift at 50,000,000. However, I am still limited to 3,000
The problem appears to be an issue with Regions. When building or buying a Technology, you have to stay in the region for a complete cycle. If you don't it will continue to drain the resource (Civics, Alien Artifact, Robots), but it will not declare it on the Resource statistics. If you are lucky enough to remember which city you exited when you made the purchase, you can return to the city, wait a full cycle, and exit. This usually resolves the issue.
It appears to happen after Independence is declared, and may be related to the flaw that sees Atmosphere continue at the same rate from cities despite having deleted Incinerators (Which should drop the rate).
Having same problem. Statistics does not report anything consuming civics. I increased civic production and what ever consumes the civics continues to take ALL the civics no matter much I produce.
