V 71 on the Windows Store version
Whenever I open up the encyclopedia and try to open the buildings tab with a game running, it slows down and crashes. When I do it on the main title screen, it slows down, but after a moment of buffering it opens and I can scroll through.

okay, so it works if you don't click the "new messages" icon when it pops up, also it only works when you haven't read it, or at least that's what I've observed
I'm also having this issue, it's the windows store version and the device is a mac mini running windows 10
