The description of the building talks about buying stuff you need in your all day life (if i remember well), so I wouldnt talk about wasting money.

Just saying, I didnt create this game so I cant tell what is the purpose of that message, but how many markets can you find in your city?

I dont really see why it is bad too have it 'more user friendly'.
It is important to have messages like this the game feels more alive, not a dead one where nothing happens on the screen. And the one u mentioned can be useful (may be it means they cant buy what they want).
I dont know if you have played a lot of game but (at least for me) games where nothing happens become annoying

Actually, I didn't know. It happened to me that I was 2 versions behind and didn't upgrade automatically.
It show a message at the top of the ap if i remember well, you just have to click it

Look at other topics, there already a lot of different places that talk about the off duty problem ^^
If your question is why the commission is at 75% i think it goes to this level when u use it too much (?), personnally id just wait when i saw this one and it disapears (with time?)

Does the game or ur phone doestn see it ? are u able to dl it ?
Also the number dont capture the same period, the static one is from previous resources produced (basically a capture of the "current" one) while "current" one shows what has been produced during last minutes (or whatever period of time)
So the two of them dont represent the same period at all.
