I have the same problem,I push button"select embassy" but nothing happens.
Updated to 0.45 and it's still just loading.Played it Safe and deinstalled my colony first before installing the latest version again.

Ich have the exact same problem.Tried deleting cashe and data(after making backups of my saves on my sd Card) and also de/reinstalled the game.
