This guide is for properly reporting a bug with the My Colony game.
Posts that do not adhere to these guidelines will be removed from the forum without notice.
1. Upgrade to the latest version of My Colony for your platform. Each release contains bug fixes. If upgrading the latest stable release doesn't fix your issue, continue to step 2.
The current stable release for all platforms is v0.91.x
2. Perform a search for your issue or browse the Bug Reports and sub-forum located here:

Bugs are not added to the tracker until more than 1 repeatable report is received on that issue. If you find a thread that matches your issue add the following information to the thread:
A detailed description of your issue.
Steps to replicate the issue you are having. Add pictures if possible.
The platform for your game (Android, Apple, Win10, Web, etc)
Version of My Colony (this can be found on the title screen)
If on mobile, list your mobile device (Google Pixel, HTC 10, etc) and current os version
3. If you still do not see your issue, create a thread containing the following information:
A detailed description of your issue.
Steps to replicate the issue you are having. Add pictures if possible.
The platform for your game (Android, Apple, Win10, Web, etc)
Version of My Colony (this can be found on the title screen)
If on mobile, list your mobile device (Google Pixel, HTC 10, etc) and current os version
