I love the building design I'm just concerned for the actual functionality of magic, I feel it would not fit into this futuristic survival sim colony game. I think though that you can really push you building designs forward to back and see if there are any new buildings that you could design.
Just your average MyColony player....

Triantanium is already made with Antanium. Why not radiating them with Uranium and smelting them with Crystals?
For the reaction to successfully work, it would need 10k Rum, 1000 crystals and 1000 Uranium to create 1 Tetrianium and don't forget the Robots that are doing all this work while the only one worker is watching them. (and sipping a bit of the Rum)

I wonder if this could be an extension of the old saying that magic is basically just super advanced technology. You know simply tech that defies the known laws of physics. As far as holding up continuity for the story that could be the reason it's included.
