My GBT and my commonwealth isn't working anymore

Since a few days now my GBT isn't working anymore. When i click on it the left column is empty and if I click on a resource it just says "There are currently no contracts available for sale!". Same with my commonwealth window its just empty. But if I log in with my smartphone everything works fine. I already reinstalled the game and started a new one but nothing helps.

Update I tried it now on a different pc on a different place still the same pc dosent work smartphone works.
I really hope anyone can help me

I've had this issue for awhile now and have just assumed that I have done something to incur the banhammer and I'll have to give up playing.
