Loving the game! I finally bought independence for 250k civic. Played for a while longer, then logging in back d following day, lost few things (independence and population). When I came back I continue to play and get my independent again and now I'm charter issue ( can't send embassy request and New colonies can't join my colony. This makes me sad. Please help.
