I bougth the premium version for android. Is there a possibility to use this licence on my windows version too? Do I have to buy this one extra?

In the same boat as you. Unfortunately, you'll have to buy the desktop license if you want premium for your Windows client.

Send an email to support@ape-apps.com from the email address you used to buy the license on android. Explain that you bought the mobile license and would like the multi-platform license. It could take a week or more before you get the new license.
