Hey, I've recently run into a problem regarding unemployment. I can leave my colony to sit and generate resources while I do things and when I come back my unemployment suddenly goes from 0% to anywhere below 45%. My approval rating never goes below 98% and I never have much trash around.

Why are people suddenly quitting their jobs then going back to them after half an hour? One of these times its going to cut my food supply and then bye bye colony.




That's just one instance of this happening. It's been a repeat occurrence for the last few weeks. I hope somebody can tell me what's going on, or at least point me in the right direction.

What do your wages and savings look like? If colonists have a lot of money they will stop working

Thanks for the response. The living wage was 5 and do was the unskilled, then I increased the wage for every tier after that by like 2-3. The average colonist savings were about 50-70.
Also now the game is just crashing when trying to log in right when it's saying syncing to the server.

Edit: I can access my other colonies, but when I try to access this main one it just crashes on loading screens.

Even the daily backup files I keep in store won't load. I guess at this point all I can do is work on my other bases and hope next update allows me on. Anyways, please keep me posted on any possible causes so I can avoid it.
