I have a lot of empty houses and people wont come to my world. I have a bunch of landing pads and theyre all stuck and aren't generationg people how di I fix it?
you may have a immigration embargo. If you don't pay your taxes, you'll get a trade embargo, which means that you can't use gbt/mass driver etc anymore and a immigrants embargo which means you can't get new ppl with landing pads or star gates, you have to use cloning facilities for that.
