some of my colonial charters have no specific planet and it does not say what platfourm they play on, help plz

This will happen when someone downloads the game, creates a colony under a random charter, then stops playing the game. The best solution to help prevent this is to set your commonwealth to private. Setting your colony to private removes you from the list of random charters that people can use to create a colony.
