Thanks for the quick response. Now, I have been monitoring the numbers and they vary and each buildings civics exchange places all the time. When each one is checked I find they're both fully staffed. Are they supposed to fluctuate this frequently?
Fully staffed should mean the building has 100% of it's workers working, not relaxing or sleeping which is hard to achieve in buildings with a more workers. Are all workers actually working in the building?
He is correct though . I get the same effect and i use a simple trick ( which is now almost needed anyway )
Using extreme work load for ten mints then light gets all the colonists on the same sleep cycle .
So my charts will show max out put once every 15 mints or so as they go from 0 % working to 100 % working and back .
But Its no big deal as they even out do the Big banks in civ income .
Ps I do this switching from extreme to light any time i add more then 2 k colonists and have confirmed 100 % working many many times .And resource income shows this as well .
Ps this also increases resource production dobbles the amount produced the average at work jumps to around 82 % as the game stays at 100 % much longer then 0 .
