Why does this keep happening. I need an answer, I have posed this question several times now. It instantly cuts the approval in half and I don't know why. Please help, I'm tired of restarting because this happens and my colonists riot and kill each other.

My food and water are 50m, my atmosphere is between 10-15m. I have no homelessness, all of the accommodation is arcologies so health and entertainment isn't a problem. I have no depression or fatigue. 3% of unemployment is a lot of people still, but because the approval rating is fluctuating so much its causing the unemployment.

The fact that I don't have any food makes my colonists not happy ,this makes them not want to work and want to protest because of 0% happiness (and they also don't want to go get entertained) and this doesn't make food because nobody is working and so on...
