I'm not going to be able to help you, I don't have a tech background, but if you want a better shot at getting help you should provide a lot more information. Version you are using, platform, etc.

Try to sign out/in of your Ape Apps Account. Maybe it is trying to check the cloud for your save and you have an expired token or something
