Ape Apps Not Recognizing That I have Premium
Ape apps does show that I have premium, and I bought premium BEFORE I made this account. Can someone tell me how to fix this?
If you have the apk file, you can login to your account here and upload it. That will let all versions that you sign into know you have premium.
I'm having this problem too. What is the apk file?
@DeepSpaceSteve - the apk file is what is given to you and/or emailed to you when you purchase Premium on the PC/Mac. If you have the email still, you should have it and you can log into your ape apps account and upload it there.
I am having a similar issue, but I bought premium from the website so it gave me a license file. The Windows 10 app recognizes that I have it and removes the ads, but I still can't place premium content in game. I have already signed out then back in.

Upload it where exactly? Can't see it in my profile settings...
it's the .amk file. If you sign in to accounts.ape-apps.com and scroll to the bottom, you will see an "Import .amk File" section.
