How diplomacy works?
Diplomacy is when you send a diplomat to another independent colony to build an embassy. When that is done, you can then send/request resources from each other.
You need to click on the handshake icon on your capitol and click "establish embassy" then you put in the charter code of the nation you want to become allies with, and you will get immigrants from there. my charter code is 5u6Vp4qV.
