Colony won't show in Commonwealth

As stated. I pay taxes and can communicate with my group but I cannot be sent resources and I cannot be seen in the Commonwealth list. Apologies, I did not follow posting protocol previously.
Issue is on Android
Version is 0.61.0
Phone is Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge

Also when I go to the colony's url (8fMOjWCV), it says "invalid" colony.
