Good evening everyone,

Im playing premium on samsung galaxy a5(2017). Currently running the newest update.
I tried multiple colonies in a bunch of gamemodes, but I keep running into the same problem.
My builder bots (advanced and the starter ones) stop building things. They go to the building site, and then go to idle mode, while materials are available.
Anyone knows how to fix this?

This is not only for new players but even for end game players like me. Every time I logged on, all building projects get stopped.

Ooh no that must be horrible so far along!
I tried reinstalling as well now, also ran into the same error.
The problem is that builder bots and ore miners(for digging the mines) stop building anything, they can't even upgrade things.
I cant play further unless the bug gets fixed

I tried starting over again, and found that when builder bots quit working the incinerators, greenhouses and gold mint stop working as well. Dont know if it helps, but would love to have a solution so i can grow further than 36 citizens😅

I seem to be stuck in the same spot. I am trying to build a small research lab, the bots drive up to it and just sit there, no progress bar appears. I have plenty of raw materials.

I also can't cancel that construction, the construction site fence is around that square, and cancel doesn't work.

I thought maybe I could just build something else, but I can't do that either.

I'd hate to start over just because of this!

Yes this is the exact same thing as I am having. The question remains… anyone know how to fix this?

Out of curiosity, what happens if you go back to the main menu, wait a bit and reload it?

Nothing happens. You're stuck at the same spot. I've also tried moving the game to another device (from chrome os to android) and back, no luck. There seems to be nothing that can be done once you get in that spot other than to watch all your colonists slowly starve to death.

I just restarted from scratch, got another full day of game play in on a new map, and ended up at the same problem again. Another full day out the window.

I'm starting to think I should just give up on this game. It's fun, but this bug is a show stopper (literally). I'll have to find a different game, because I can't just keep re-starting and wishing for a different result.
