My Idea is to link CT and MC together:
In My Colony-
After unlocking the tech that contains the GBT, you can build the stock office, which links your colony to CT.
In Colonial Tycoon-
Unlocking the tech Galactic Stock Market opens a new feature, the Stock Market. Entering a charter code of a colony into the stock market, allows you to invest in colonies and generate more money.
MC-
In MC you can type in the Stock Code of each individual business and invest in those.

It would be great, but i think it would probably cause a lot of bug.
It would be great to add this - but I am pretty sure it's never gonna happen.
