Not sure if this is a bug or I'm missing something.
My colony has stopped growing. The landing pads production are all "paused" the white bar does not move.

you sure immigration is on? check the settings in your consulate/capitol

Yep Immigration is "Allowed". Tried toggling off and on no change. Tried new landing pads nothing. tried a cloning factory, but i dont have enough colonists to staff it
maybe you haven't payed your taxes and you got a trade and immigration embargo?
