Window of Base reorganization
When you are in the late part of your game, if you want completely reorganize your base, it will be a problem. Effectively, with a lot of colonist, it is dangerous to sell all the food, water and housing buildings. It is for that I suggest a new window where the time doesn’t pass with the map less your buildings and with a toolbar. You don’t have to buy your buildings again because they will be in this toolbar. And it will be faster than construct and delete buildings one by one.
I like a lot this idea I think you said a lot of thing of we need for but the lander don't move (if you keept your) and you can see your building but in ghost view or not with a button in the toolbar
