I have two games on two iPads neither one of them have H3 extractor or H3 storage anymore. It happened as soon as I started the game after the update.

0.67 is now out, so update to that first then, check to make sure you have the bot that builds those buildings. The builder bot ( not the advanced builder bot) is the bot you need to build those.
