Lost all data and premium purchase
Hi,
So I had to delete all my browsing history on the laptop I use, nothing to do with this site, and no all my saved games are gone and it no longer shows I have purchased the premium upgrade. Can I get some support please? At the very least get me the premium upgrade back please.
Hello? Is anyone looking into this issue? Can I please get an acknowledgement of my issue, that someone from development has read this?
If it helps I purchased it through the app on 1/22/2017 through the google play store. I have proof of that purchase if it will help.
Clearing the cache in your browser is why you lost all your work as a browser is not generally allowed to save directly to the drive. You would have needed to specifically save a back up of your games to save them.
Re: premium - you should have gotten a link to download an *.amk file so that you can add it to your account. Check here: https://accounts.ape-apps.com/myaccount.php and see if the game is showing as premium or not. There is also a place to upload that amk file if you have it.
Re: developer - @bastecklein is the devoloper and generally works alone doing all the coding and premium support. If you would like, you can leave him a message here on the forum directly.
Do a search on your PC for files ending in .mcb or .mcz. These are the file extensions that My Colony saves your files with. If you don't have any backups for your colony, then there's nothing that can be done to restore your colony. Always make backups.
To restore your premium, send an email to support@ape-apps.com from the email address you used to purchase premium on Google Play. Give a brief explanation of what happened. Give it some time, the dev is very busy and just returned from holiday.

I have added the premium to your Ape Apps Account, so all you have to do is log in and it should take now.
As for your saved games, unless you backed them up manually or had cloud sync turned on, they were probably deleted when you cleared cache, there is nothing I can really do about that.

No problems. I was on vacation for about a week and a half, so I am pretty far behind on everything, but will slowly catch up!
