Regions Rovers
I think there should be some way to send rovers and builders from one colony in a region to one that is bordered with it, because there are things that don't require workers, and I want to build a whole bunch of those in a colony all by itself, but instead I need to build a factory so I can have rovers, then execute the poor guy after I have the rovers built so that he doesn't eat up all my food.
