Center for Relic Studies
New to posting. Love the game. But in my newest game I have all the prerequisites, but the option to build the center for Relic studies does not show up. but I'm able to build the center for artificial learning? I looked at all the requirements I have the right Builders, I have the right atmosphere, I have the right research, but it won't give me the option to build the center for Relic studies. Is this a bug or has something changed in the last update?
The center for Relic Studies requires triantanium, and since you dom't even have antanium synthesis I know you don't have any. Build the center for artificial learning to get all the research you need, then try again.

If it doens not show up after you get all the required items, check the lists from your builders menu: on my game, I have unlocked everything, but the Relic Studies does not appear on the main buildings list, only from the units menu.
