When I go and access my structure list and I try to build one and I place the structure and hit construct every thing goes a transparent grey and it doesn’t build

I'll check, but I suspect you might have cached code running. That is a risk when playing on the web version while it is in the middle of development/updates, especially when you are playing on mobile and you cannot easily clear the browser cache.
