Ape Apps

My landing pads aren't working, I think it might be because of me not paying taxes, but I have been paying them for a week and there at zero so... I also have way more than enough space for people. I'm not able to change colonists jobs anymore, It will take me to the screen where all the buildings with free jobs are underlined with green, but It won't let me click on them. The last one is my drones, they won't build or harvest when I want them to, or it takes forever for them to start moving. It gets a little better when I reload, But always goes back to them not listening. Any help, or bug fixes, or tips would be greatly appreciated. I do have cloning facilities, but they are way to slow and my colonists are dying too fast.
