Sending and receiving them is taking much longer than it use to. I've been waiting for an embassy and a message to go threw for over 5 min now and nothing.

I have faced the same problem in 2 instances now after the update. I received the embassy in few hours but am still waiting for the message

Similar situation here: sending from my zolarg region to my human colony is immediate, but in the other direction it takes very long
