So, i'm new to this game.. 6 months in so to speak.. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this game..had a few good worlds going.. learned my lessons and started a regions game.. did my thing and used the regions to separate work loads to not get too complicated at first.. But 1 region was my "smart" region IQ. lmao got me to point i could build a "star gate" witch KILLED my region. took me a week to figure it out.. MANY MANY diff. builds to empower learning. BUT realized as soon as i deleted the star gate everything went back to normal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



SO STAR GATE HATES IQ BUILDINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! have emigration problems delete STAR GATE

Here is the deal with the Star Gates. They open up essentially "open borders" from all other online colonies. If a colony has low approval, high unemployment, etc, colonists will jump into the star gate and move to another colony with a star gate. So you might be letting in the dregs of other societies.
