1. The ability to mark a building so that as soon as a new colonist joins the colony, they will work for that building automatically, and once it is full it goes back to being random.
2. IDK if this already exists, if it does then I'm sorry but it's a building that you can sell and buy resources from other colonies, with a base price that cant be changed based on the resource so that people cant be giving away 1,000,000 ore for a buck, but the seller can up the price from the base price. And you have to be a certain level to trade with other people? Or at a certain point in the game?
3. IDK if this one also exists, I'm not that far into the game, but a rover that can build anything from any tier, but it costs like, 100 microchips, 500 ore, 200 iron, and 200 gold, and like 200 uranium or something like that.
4. Weather. If you're on a forest or ice planet or your atmosphere is high enough, then there is different weather depending on the planet like there might be rain that you can harvest with certain buildings, but also acid rain and lightning storms, or hail that did damage to your buildings.
5. (Last one for now) A thing in the statistics menu that will tell you what buildings are damaged, how much they are damaged, and where the separate buildings are and how much they cost to fix.
i think you have good ideas, but if you wish to see them implemented you need to do more work (ive been here since nov so ive seen it). what tech is needed, what building, resources, workers, atmos lvl etc all that needs to be worked out in detail.
1 good idea for small colonies, but you can't use it if you have 10000 buildings or more. You can control that already (just a bit) with setting different wages for different jobs. Colonists will go to the best payed jobs first.
2 is already implemented, called Galactic board of trade.
3. you need different rover for different buildings and you will like that once you have to build buildings who take millions of resources and take a long time to build. You can still use other rovers to build more stuff.
4 and 5 are good ideas, even if building damage isn't so important since you can repair all buildings with one click with using Consulate
Its me Lego.
