Alpha Draconians twerking???

I have this glitch where an Alpha Draconian is "idle", but is moving to a square. When the draconian gets there, he starts moving back and forth really fast for a second then disappears.
Also, sometimes when you hover over a building then click on another building nearby, it looks like a person is running at a supersonic speed around the building.
