Workers won't work.
My workers wont work in their building unless they are at extreme work policy. If I set it to anything else they will just not go to work. I have to keep it in extreme or else my colony will die. Any suggestions or fixes for this?

Check your colonist approval rating and whether or not they are happy. If colonists aren't happy, healthy, or anything like that, they won't work unless you force them to. Some screenshots of your statistics page would also be helpful.

i find that most of my buildings will stop producing and if i click on them it will say 0 working. but if i click on "show workers" then it changes its mind and most of them are working and it starts producing again!
