Ape apps launcher improvements for My Colony
Could be possible to include some "test feature", error record, maybe some connection test, in the apps launcher?
For example, from yesterday i can't access My colony, because is stuck on Loading screen. And i don't know why :D
I can come up with something. It does write a text error log to your Documents/My Colony folder if there is an actual coding error within the app causing it, should be called like my-colony-vx.x.x-error.log
I have heard other people say that when it will not get past the loading screen, you can delete the "var_package" file found in this location:
C:\Users\[YOUR USERNAME HERE]\AppData\Roaming\Ape Apps Launcher
The file for My Colony would be called 351_var_package.wvp. I am not sure which variable in there is causing the launch failures, although I though about adding a check in the code where if it does not get past the splash screen a certain number of times, it will automatically delete that file.

Nop, still stuck in loading.
After the cleaning, only he 364_var is back (pretty sure is the Antiquitas file).
You could add a general file integrity check. :)
did that my-colony-vx.x.x-error.log file exist?

Nothing in Document/My Colony, and the Appdata folder. No error file, and is very strange because some time ago i have find some error screen in My colony.
hmmmmmmmmmmmmm that is not good...

I have downloaded My colony from here (the 196MB zip, v0.81). Now seems to work (the independent version).
ps. is not a problem if i will run for a bit the independent version, and come back to the launcher once the problem will be solved?
