Some players can send more than 3000 resources at ones.
How's that possible?

I can only send 3000x gold for example.
Same way when trying to post stuff on the Action House.

So the gifting capacity or trading capacity can be increased by building certain buildings, which unlock as you progress in game. For UE bases, the following is the gifting capacity. Also note that you cannot trade more than 100,000,000 on GBT

consultate lvl 1 lets you send 300
consultate lvl 2 lets you send 3k
consultate lvl 3 lets you send 30k
consultate lvl 4 lets you send 300k
consultate lvl 5 lets you send 3m
capitol lvl 6 lets you send 50m
stargate lets you send 100m
congress lets you send 500m
starport lets you send 1 billion

I have tried to research everything.
Only have a few left (im at the alien / aliminium stage).

Yet i can't upgrade my Capitol..
I got every material needed, but it does not show any upgrade buttom.

Have you got the proper builders bots, are you independent, and what's your atmosphere level?
