Multiple issues
So earlier today I bought a premium version of the game and I’ve encountered numerous problems since then. If anyone could help me with any of these I’ll be very grateful
1. My online colonies won’t open, they just load very long and then it takes me back to main menu.
2. When I try to make new online map the games asks me for charter code and skips the part when I’d normally pick the (forgot the name, commonwealth, guild or sth?)
3. Before these problems I’ve created regions but when I made cities inside of them, they were all bugged (0x0 space, everything black, just the lander in the middle)
4. I tried to log in with premium on desktop version of the game (web version or OS X version) but I could not figure out how to get to the .amk? file from iOS (the one with the premium key). I’ve tried file sharing trough iTunes but the only files I’ve found there were .aafci, .mcx, .mcb, .mcz, and one file var_package.wvp.

Also your premium should move to all devices expect steam automatically

It sounds like the My Colony server is blocking him. I do not see any of his IP addresses on the blacklist though. @drejostwo have you updated to the latest v0.88.0 version of the game? The server does block access to clients that are 5 versions or more behind the latest release.

Thanks for fast response 🙏 So, little update - most of the problems solved itself (or some good souled developer helped). I’ve managed to create new online maps and open the old ones. My premium clicked in on both desktop app and web version. I still have problems with creating regions on mobile app, but otherwise than that everything’s topnotch.
