Texture mods don't work in my game!

I tried to install textures mods several times and none of them worked, the game still looking the same. I also tried creating a mod several times with png and svg files that you guys posted, but that didn't work either, and I tried the same files both on PC and android.

Does anyone know what am I doing wrong?

P.S.: I have Premium

Same here, i do have premium too. They don't work for me
