Hi, I had a bad time financially and couldn't pay taxes to got an immigration embargo. I am now loaded, but can't see where to pay the outstanding tax. I thought that I could just wait for the regular collection to happen and everything would sort itself out, but that has not happened.

First of all, where can I see if/that I am still under embargo? Where can I see how much I owe, and then, how do I pay?

Look at your cost of independence. It includes all the money you owe as tax to the CW leader. If it's AI colony, you'll just have to wait it out untill you get notified of the taxes. Every time you pay tax, your CW relationship increase a bit, and the civic cost of independence decreases (250k civics when relations are 100%)

I don't exactly remember at what percentage the immigration embargo gets removed, but should be around 25-50% relations. And every time you'll pay tax, the relationship increase by 3-5%. So if you have a non-AI CW, the CW leader can send you requests of multiple taxes at same time, which you can pay off and rise your relations.

Thanks, I thought there should be a monetary figure there, but the cost of independence is only 390,000 civics.

If there is no monetary value in cost of independence, then you might have paid all the taxes that were due. Now you just need to show that you are a good CW member by keeping on paying taxes. As more taxes notifications come by, your relations would increase, eventually removing the immigration and trade embargo.

If you go in stats>Commonwealth>your colony, YouCan see your relations with CW leader there

Yep, perfect - got it. Just had to wait longer I guess. Eventually, I got a popup letting me know that immigrations were allowed again.
