I don’t even know how I have come with this idea... But I’ll just share it.

This billboard is mainly decorative, however it is also another good way to earn money - Some commercials (or your government) might want to rent your billboards for advertiazing. Takes up 25 power and 5 bandwidth.

Extra function here, you can actively seek for ad watching rewards here, instead of waiting for the galactic propagandas. (limit is 5 ads a day.)

Aw yes. On the other hand, I’ll share some samples of billboard advertizments (I do mean, artwork) possible in the colony (posted in my comment below).

... That will become expolit if they can get resources from nothing. Maybe the AD awarding function also get disabled in this building when premium is active.

What if it's not ads from the Galactic Emperor but from other players or CWs. So that I can send propaganda to people and pay them for watching it. It's not ads, but more a message from a player advertising their CWs (or any other message) giving the watcher money or resources.

This might be a big feature to add to the game, but could be a way to make it more multiplayer and give more interaction between players

It would be a fun feature, yeah. With it could come the bureau of propaganda or something, the building that would allow you making ad campaigns.

Also Wadaling, premium users do get the resources for free as a gift, without watching the ads.

Actually I had something similar called Imperial Propaganda Department idea posted in Internet Industries ideas Vol.3, but without the advertizing campaign function.
Anyway it’s an good idea for some not-well-known commonwealths to advertize their own, it helps them to find new members.
It might have some pictures, for effective advertizing than texts.
