I keep getting an error saying my settings don't allow in-app purchases, but that's not the case. I make in-app purchases all the time and I have checked all my settings (at least those of which I am aware). Any ideas?

I am not sure sadly, I have never heard of that before with Win10. I looked in the Store app and didn't see any related settings. If you can't get it figured out, you can buy the premium from the Antiquitas website:
