Hey,

I see a lot of questions about licensing but no definitive answer. I purchased it on Android and I would like to transfer that license to Windows.

Where is the android license located?

The only way to get the license for every platform is buying from the web. I bought the licence on iOS and then I saw that if I had bought it on the web I would be able to play on windows. So sad they don’t give licenses for people who pay first on the phone/tablet.

You can email support@ape-apps.com from the email address that you used to buy the mobile license. Explain that you bought the app on mobile and would like the multi-platform key.

If that’s possible I’m going to send an email. Do I have to provide order number or something else? (I still have the purchase email.)

As long as you send from the email address that you used to purchase the mobile license you don't have to provide anything else.

I sent the mail last Thursday and still no answer. I’m waiting the license so I can play my main on the pc. I can’t save any progress on my phone. I haven’t played my main since 19/9

It takes some time for the dev to generate the license key. Please be patient, he is a busy man.
